If you have ever felt stuck and don't know what to do or where to go to to begin to become more socially confident, this program is for you.
As a group we set out on a special journey where we discover the keys to confidence and authentic self. We learn in an intuitive practical way that promotes empowerment and alignment of unique strengths with life goals.
We learn as a group in a step by step process that unfolds slowly. You will benefit from empirically based methods, ancient wisdom and group learning, online from the privacy of your home.
Learn many ways to center and calm your mind and body, and choose to master those that work best for you.
Begin to learn the practice of CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy) and experience the magical changes that it can make in your life.
Discover and begin to express your authentic self. Get comfortable being the real you. Identify your strengths and passions. Learn who you really are and start to feel great about expressing your opinions, preferences and unique personality.
Cultivate new understanding about what makes social interactions work and practice new conversation skills.

This program is a prerequisite for other more advanced programs, workshops and retreats. Enrollment is limited to ensure optimal small group interaction.
Our workshops are fun, relaxing ways to gain and practice new skills in a low intensity, friendly, accepting environment. We learn in small increments so that you never feel overwhelmed or stressed. You learn with others and have a chance to try out your new skills among others who also feel socially anxious at times.
We hold a variety of small group live and online programs each year, where you can learn at your own pace, yet be challenged just enought to help you make consistent progress.
Workshops provide the opportunity for in-person learning, and practice. Typically our workshops are 2 to 3 days long or are held on a series of evenings.
We also now have online workshops on basic and advanced topics.
Retreats are held on location over 5 to 10 days. Retreats are held in a location that is fun, interesting, exotic, or serene as a destination. Education is combined with time off to explore.
